Explore an Unsettling World in Sorry We’re Closed

Akupara Games and à la mode games have announced that Sorry We’re Closed is coming to consoles on 6th March 2025. This retro survival horror game will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. The game is already out on PC via Steam.  There is even a demo for you to try out before diving into the full version.

This survival horror game with a unique story features demons, angels, and the chaos that unfolds when they meet. You’ll guide Michelle as she uses her Third Eye to see hidden worlds, uncover secrets, and solve puzzles. It combines classic fixed-camera exploration with fast-paced arcade shooting.

The game came out on PC last November and earned strong praise from critics, scoring an 83 on MetaCritic. This March, the game arrives on consoles, bringing its tense and emotional journey to a new audience. Step into Michelle’s world, where every choice carries weight. Will you submit to the Duchess’s demands or stand your ground and face the consequences?

“For players looking for something a little outside the usual fare, Sorry We’re Closed is the offbeat survival horror genre-blend they didn’t know they’d been waiting for — and as one of that number myself, I can say that it was an experience unlike any other.” – Thom Stone, GameCritics

This game is perfect if you are looking for a retro game with a good story, intriguing world, and characters. Also, check out the official console announcement trailer below.
